

Water Cooler Stories address different business issues that are often discussed around the water cooler at work. If problems and opportunities are only discussed in twos and threes at the water cooler, then the rest of the people involved are missing an opportunity for honest, helpful feedback. Furthermore, teams get broken into cliques when people form alliances at the water cooler. We think many of these stories ought to be shared to help people work together better and get more done effectively.
